Job description

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to consult clients on M.E.Doc, SOTA, and FlyDoc products. No experience required — training provided.

Requirements

  • Confident PC user
  • Ability to explain information clearly
  • Proficient oral and written Ukrainian
  • Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to help
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Attentiveness, quick adaptability
  • Ability to navigate large volumes of information

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming requests (calls / consultations)
  • Supporting users of company products
  • Assisting with basic technical issues
