Job description
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to consult clients on M.E.Doc, SOTA, and FlyDoc products. No experience required — training provided.
Requirements
- Confident PC user
- Ability to explain information clearly
- Proficient oral and written Ukrainian
- Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to help
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Attentiveness, quick adaptability
- Ability to navigate large volumes of information
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming requests (calls / consultations)
- Supporting users of company products
- Assisting with basic technical issues
